Today marks eight years since I joined the incredible team at Rubenstein Communications to lead Talent Acquisition, and what a journey it's been! When I first stepped through these doors in 2017, I couldn't have imagined the remarkable professionals I'd have the privilege to bring into the firm, the challenges we'd navigate together, or how much I would grow, personally and professionally.
